Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans
• Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors according to specifications / drawings
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
• Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and NSC/Direct Contract works
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Architecture / Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of architecture coordination experience in building / construction trade or equivalent

• Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as built models.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution.
