Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects
• Compile and submit tender documents
• Source, assess and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission
• Handle the finalization of project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Salary commensurate with experience
