Responsibilities:

• Attend Site Briefing (During the Tender State).
• Obtain quotation from Supplier & Sub-Contractor.
• Documents study and drawings measurement.
• List out or analysis quotation from Supplier & Sub-Contractor.
• Pre & Post Tender document compilation.
• Preparing Letter of Award to Supplier & Subcontractor.
• Understanding all the Terms & Condition, lead time from Subcontractor.
• List out all material to be procure.
• Prepare monthly progress claim to Consultant & evaluate Sub-Con claim.
• Prepare & Submit Variation Order claim to Consultant.
• Itemized all the Variation Order or Omission cost for the project.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in electrical construction industry would be preferable.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field its equivalent
