• $2,800 – $4,500 (Salary commensurate with experience)
• Senior candidates with relevant local project experience may be offered a higher remuneration, above the $4,500 range.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities
• Pre and post contract administration
• Prepare VO, claims
• Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and etc
• Provide support in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Related working experience in pre & post tender of building projects (Eg, Schools, High Rise residential & other building projects)
