Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub contractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior or Management.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Related working experience in Singapore building constructions projects
