Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Tendering, taking off quantity and pricing
• Contract administration, liaising with subcon/suppliers
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Related working experience in building constructions projects
