• One of the top leading firms with their own in-house carpenters and woodwork artisans in Singapore.
• 5.5 days work week
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities

• Ensure that site workers are adequately trained and equipped to carry out works in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner;
• Liaison with clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out;
• Develop good communication and engagement with the client;

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience in commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
• Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities
