• $3,200 – $6,000 + AWS & Bonus
• A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
• 5.5/ 6 days’ work week (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, provided there are no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet (5.5 day work week) – BTO, Commercial, Private Residential Proj, Centralized site location (Managing one site)

Responsibilities

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on
• M&E requirements and specifications
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning
• Coordinate for submission documents, and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
• Coordinate the safety management, system on site
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
• Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors’ claims
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior

Requirements

• At least Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent or equivalent
• Local (SG) Building Construction projects experience, preferably in non-residential projects,
• Well versed in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
