Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines within the purview of MEP incorporating into the civil / structural and architectural.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works.
• Monitoring of VOs and issue back charges in a timely manner.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in the construction industry, with M&E project management expertise.
