Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicles, lorries, cranes, and construction site machinery
• Plan and allocate equipment, transport, and logistics manpower (e.g. drivers, crane operators, and support staff)
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery and movement of materials and equipment to meet project and construction site schedules/ operations.
• Collaborate closely with project and site teams to support overall logistics and operational planning
• Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including servicing schedules, insurance, permits, licenses, and usage tracking
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment rental, servicing, repairs, and insurance matters
• Review and process fleet-related invoices, and liaise with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments
• Prepare reports on fleet operations, including utilization rates, manpower deployment, maintenance updates, fuel consumption, downtime, and monthly summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standardsd

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination
• Good knowledge of heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations in a construction environment
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
