Job Description:
? Establish creative ideas and generate programs objective.
? Establish yearly program calendar that comprises of all programmes including but not limited classes, teambuilding programmes, holiday camps.
? Responsible for delivering the programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.
? Effective project management and review of programmes.
? Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.
? Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.
? Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
? Responsible for programmes profit and loss.
? Ability to inspire and motivate the team.
? Coach and develop the potential of others in functions

Job Requirement:
? Min 3 year’s experience in outdoor camps/team building/sports coaching fields
? Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
? Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Good presentation skills
? Flexible, self–starter, dynamic
? Ability to work in a high paced environment

Salary

? S$3,000 – S$3,500
