- Offices in SG, Malaysia & Greater China and Jakarta (Upcoming)
- Awards winning company – Asia Pacific Stevie Awards, Marketing Magazine, Local Hero Awards, etc
- 5 days work week | Singapore, Arab Street
- Salary is commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia and China. (Approx 50 staffs)
- Work closely with team leads on talents recruitment process, training and performance evaluation plans.
- Drive improvements in talents experience through internal communications and engagement programmes.
- Deliver efficient and effective on boarding experience for all new hires.
- Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensure accurate payroll and timely processing.
- Champion and lead ad-hoc passion projects across the region.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development/ Talents Engagement/ Internal Communications/ Stakeholder Engagement/Performance Measurement in a dynamic culture and creative environment.
- A Degree in Human Resource is preferred.
- Expertise in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies, including performance motivation, training, retention, and leadership development.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong knowledge of employment regulations.
- Occasional Traveling to Malaysia/China (Once every 2-3 months)
