Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee repairs for plumbing, air conditioning, electrical systems, solar panels, pest control, water filters, and landscaping to maintain building functionality
• Supervise external contractors to ensure timely and quality maintenance and repair services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations through regular safety walks and workplace inspections
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and office supplies to support facility operations
• Provide administrative and site facility support to maintain smooth daily operations
• Arrange schedules for safeguard officers to maintain site security coverage
• Support department manpower needs during shortages to ensure continuous operations
• Raise purchase requisitions to facilitate procurement of necessary supplies and services
• Conduct monthly checks of fire safety equipment within buildings to ensure operational readiness
