Responsibilities

🎯 To design and engineering of Electrical system and ELV System.
🎯 Prepare Concept design, detailed design, tender design and issue for construction.
🎯 Liaise and coordinate with client, other consultants, contractors in development and implementation of the project until completion and advice on technical matters for Electrical related queries.
🎯 Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, and manage manpower resources for the project.
🎯 Prepare and vet drawings plan for submission to all Authorities.
🎯 Liaise with appointed Mechanical and Electrical PE for all submission to authorities.
🎯 Attend to site progress meeting and site technical issues.
🎯 Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
🎯 Conduct testing and commissioning of Electrical System.
🎯 Assist on the tender for all prospective projects.

Requirements

• Has experience in Electrical system in Singapore Building Services Design
• Has knowledge of AutoCAD
