Job Description:
? Reports to Sales & Marketing
? Performing all duties of the Senior Sales & Business Development Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
? Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and corporate clients
? Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales and business development leads
? Ensure the portfolio assigned meet its revenue and attendance targets
? Work cross functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives / promotional campaigns.
? Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
? Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements
? Collect and analyse information and prepare data & sales reports
? Engage in telemarketing to make appointments & meet with potential clients to determine their needs
? Lead generation and customer engagement

Job Requirement:
? 3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales +Business Development
? Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
? Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
? Ability to create and deliver presentations
? Fast learner and quick thinker
? Passionate about sales Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Salary

? S$3,700 – S$4,000
