Responsibilities

🎯 Develop a schedule program for commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule.
🎯 Coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor’s progress and quality of work.
🎯 Ability to understand specifications, drawings, scope as well as sequence of work.
🎯 Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work
🎯 Delegating work to general workers and ensure it is in compliance with company and authority standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience towards residential landed housing or Singapore building services projects. 
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

Salary

$3,000 to $4,000
