Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist the management team with HR and accounting tasks.
  • Assist and handle monthly payroll calculation
  • Manage WP, SP matters – application, renewal, cancellation, monitoring quota details, expiry
  • Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued etc.);
  • Follow up on outstanding payment
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
