Prepare Concept design, detailed design, tender design and issue for construction.
Liaise and coordinate with client, other consultants, contractors in development and implementation of the project until completion and advice on technical matters for Mechanical and Electrical related queries.
To lead the design team and guide the engineers and draftsman to complete assigned work within deadlines.
Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
Prepare and vet drawings plan for submission to all Authorities.
Liaise with appointed Mechanical and Electrical PE for all submission to authorities.
Attend to site progress meeting and site technical issues.
Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
Conduct testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical System.
Assist on the tender for all prospective projects
Requirements:
Has experience in ACMV Mechanical Building Services Design
Has knowledge of AutoCAD

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and company policies
Manage contract lifecycle from tender stage through project completion
Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, legal advisors, and clients
Develop, implement, and monitor systems for QS, contract, and cost management.
Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/charging concerns.
Resolve issues encountered by the QS/project team, including client and subcontractor cost and contractual matters.
Take ownership of project cost and contractual settlements.
Handle claims, variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution
Maintain proper documentation and contract records
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field
Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS, FIDIC)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
