Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and emails.
- Assist the management team with HR and accounting tasks.
- Assist and handle monthly payroll calculation
- Manage WP, SP matters – application, renewal, cancellation, monitoring quota details, expiry
- Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued etc.);
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
